LABORATORY
The National automotive parts Quality Supervision and Inspection Center Laboratory is equipped with over 40 industry-specific testing equipment, covering six major testing areas: environmental reliability, mechanical durability, precision dimension measurement, electrical safety, airtight fluid, and material physicochemical properties. The laboratory has efficient and precise testing capabilities, with customized testing fixtures, full equipment for periodic calibration, and traceable testing data. Provide one-stop testing support for raw material storage, new product development verification, and finished product reliability testing, strictly ensuring the quality of every product.

Establish a complete equipment ledger and send the equipment to CNAS accredited institutions for measurement and calibration on schedule; The status of the testing instrument is controllable, and the testing report data has credibility
Continuously investing in updating and expanding testing equipment, keeping up with the development needs of new products, and synchronously iterating and upgrading testing capabilities
Our laboratory mainly serves internal R&D, incoming material and finished product quality verification of the company, and can support internal R&D debugging. If cooperation is needed for testing projects, we can contact the business liaison to evaluate the feasibility of testing
