R&D AND MANUFACTURING
The National automotive parts Quality Supervision and Inspection Center Laboratory provides one-stop services from product structure design, DFM engineering analysis, precision mold design and manufacturing, injection molding, assembly process to finished product inspection. Our R&D and manufacturing team consists of over 60 people, dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of automotive parts. Our system covers ISO9001/IATF16949, ensuring synchronous development and mass production delivery of automotive wiring harness parts, precision injection molded parts, and other products.

The R&D and manufacturing team consists of over 60 people, with years of experience in automotive parts forward development and synchronous design, and closely collaborates with customers in production and research.
01Proficient in using professional 3D modeling and simulation analysis tools to conduct structural strength, mold flow, and forming analysis, avoiding design defects from the source.
02Establish a standardized design database and design specifications, unify product structure, molds, and process standards, and improve design efficiency and one-time success rate.

MOLD PROCESSING
There are a total of 64 high-end machining equipment in the two production bases, including a complete set of precision machining equipment such as Swiss GF EDM, machining centers, precision carving machines, slow wire cutting machines, precision grinders, and coordinate measuring machines
The main imported FORM series electric discharge molding machine has a processing accuracy of up to 0.001mm, ensuring ultra-high surface quality of the mold cavity and pursuing high-precision molds with zero burrs
Complete CNC, EDM, wire cutting, grinding processing chain, all processes are completed internally, effectively controlling mold quality and delivery cycle
The current production capacity is 300 sets/year, and the maximum capacity that can be expanded is 550 sets/year
Independently design, process and debug the entire mold process, reduce external outsourcing links, shorten delivery cycles, and keep costs controllable
